Advertising opportunities are available for non-sponsors in the preliminary program, the official program and the participants’ guide. We also encourage exhibitors to download materials onto flash drives that will be distributed to delegates at the conference.

A. Conference Program

The conference program will be available online in PDF format for downloading or printing and will be viewed by over 3,000 potential delegates. Conference Program will be updated regularly. A truncated print version will be distributed at the conference.

B. Participant Guide

The participant guide will list both delegates and exhibitors and will include contact information. Circulation will be the same as for the official program.

C. Restaurant / Entertainment Guide

The always popular and most-thumbed Restaurant and Entertainment Guide will be distributed to all delegates at the conference.

D.  Virtual Conference Bag

Place a link to your materials in our online Virtual Conference Bag. URL or PDF format.

Fees

Logo placement on A, B & C$ 250.00
Logo placement on two of the above $ 160.00
Logo placement on one of the above $ 100.00
Logo placement in D (with link to your material)$ 300.00

Deadline: May 1, 2011

Format

Both an electronic and print copy of the logo is required. The electronic file should be in GIF, TIF, JPG, BMP or PDF format.

Payment

All costs quoted are in Canadian dollars. Cheques should be made payable to CHLA/ABSC 2011 and mailed to:
