* Members of the Medical Library Association are eligible for the CHLA member rate. MLA members should contact treasurer@chla-absc.ca to receive the MLA member discount code. Please include a screenshot of your receipt or other confirmation of your current membership in MLA.

We encourage all prospective attendees who may lack funding opportunities to apply for the CHLA/ABSC Annual Conference Grants. We also recommend the Make Your Case guide from the Medical Library Association to help procure institutional support for your attendance.
Cancellation Policy
Cancelled registrations will be reimbursed at 80% until April 26, 2026. In order to meet commitments to the venue, no cancellations are permitted after that date. To cancel your registration, email treasurer@chla-absc.ca.
