As in previous years, we include reduced pricing for library technicians, students, those who are retired or unemployed, and equity-denied groups to make our conference as inclusive as possible. Early Bird rates are in effect until April 30, 2025. Not a member yet? Become a member!

We encourage all prospective attendees who may lack funding opportunities to apply for the CHLA/ABSC Annual Conference Grants. We also recommend the Make Your Case guide from the Medical Library Association to help procure institutional support for your attendance.
Registration fees for CHLA/ABSC sponsored events are refunded (minus a $25.00 processing fee) if written notice is received at least 28 days prior to the event. Cancellations requested in writing for medical reasons are accepted at any time and refunded at 50%. Please let us know ahead of time if you need to cancel. No-shows will not be refunded.
